Michelle Keeley - B.A., B. Ed., C.E.C.
Michelle has twenty-five years of varied experience in the field of education, sales and as a broker and an agency owner. She has degrees in both psychology and education. Michelle is a certified executive coach. She did her training in the Graduate Program in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University, Victoria, and B.C.
As an educator, trainer and coach she has been a teacher, a leader, and an innovator and has welcomed challenge and diversity. She has done curriculum training, team building and promotional work within three different Education Boards and various public forums.
In addition to coaching, Michelle brings expertise as an entrepreneur, direct sales rep. and a facilitator of strong client relationships. She has had a rich and diversified career from delivering a series of workshops on goal setting to coaching individuals to improve performance and have more fulfillment in their lives. Michelle brings creativity, passion and a deep understanding of the unique learning styles of individuals. Her coaching is based on the foundation of recognizing each person as a whole. It is this whole person that participates, communicates and creates each day, both in the work force and in their personal life. Michelle’s coaching will allow each whole individual to step into their own unique greatness and create forward action towards achieving both their professional and personal goals.
