A number of different assessment tools can be incorporated as necessary to assess individual strengths and tendencies as well as organizational and leadership competencies. Some of the tools we utilize are:

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

This is one of the most widely used and well researched personality tools in the business world. It assesses an individual's type and is particularly useful in expanding a leader's self-awareness, improving interpersonal communication, managing conflict, developing teams and coaching others. It also has a developmental component which can be used alone or in tandem with the on-line 360° leadership assessment.

DiSC Profile

This is a trait assessment tool that is an excellent introduction to self-awareness for leaders. The strength of this tool is the ease with which it is understood and its emphasis on behavioral adaptability and flexibility. It is an excellent choice where the focus is behavioral and transactional rather than developmental and transformational.

On-line 360° Leadership Assessment

This assessment looks at ten foundational competencies of a leader and is measured by direct reports, peers, self and immediate boss/manager. Graphical representations as well as verbatim written comments form the structure of the reports. The ten leadership competencies measured are:
