Doug Macdonald - C.E.C.
Doug Macdonald is a results-oriented executive coach and leadership development consultant specializing in group and one-on-one training and leadership performance coaching. With over 28 years of work experience, Doug brings a wide variety of skills and expertise to every project. From the manufacturing shop-floor through to the senior executive level in the corporate environment Doug has held many roles from the humble beginnings as an electrician up to VP of Human Resources. Doug has worked predominantly in the automotive industry from skilled trades to management, plant start ups to manufacturing and marketing and sales. In the last few years Doug’s business has expanded into other manufacturing and service industries including mining, recruiting services, financial services and cement manufacturing.
Since starting his own business in 1997, Doug took the final leap to full self-employment in 2000 with a contract in St Petersburg, Russia. Doug’s consulting career has since taken him all over Europe, North America and most recently to Shanghai and Nanjing in China and other parts of Asia.
